Return Policy

KCSI Software developers offer 15-day fully functional trial versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase. Therefore KCSI or the developers will not accept returns on its products purchased for onsite installation:

Directly from KCSI or a Reseller once they have either been shipped from our warehouse or downloaded from our web site or the trial version has been unlocked; or Indirectly through KCSI Business Partners. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Bundled Software

KCSI does not accept returns on products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of a software compilation.

Hosted Software

KCSI does not refund any of there hosted solutions, including but not limited to Unleashed On-Demand and CRM Unleashed On-Premise, or any other hosted solution KCSI may provide.

Services

KCSI does not accept returns on its services - technical support and maintenance contracts, professional services, and product customisations - that are sold to customers.

Hardware

KCSI does not accept returns on hardware after 30 days of sale, any returns made prior to the 30 day period are subject to a 40% restocking fee. No product may be returned, whether as defective or for exchange, without a return authorization number obtained from your Account Manager. Products returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
